Chris Brown Concert Posters Dubai English School in Victoria?

My friend said he saw people in Victoria English School handing out posters about a Chris Brown / Rihanna / Beyonce / 50 Cent concert in Dubai on June 19 at Dubai Media City. I really need to know if it's true! So many people have told me that is, but can not find anything about it online!!

Yes i will come except 50 percent heard a friend comes in the UK thats propably told me is true in June but they do not specify the date, so we'll see what the next ?????
