The electric guitar is probably the easiest tool to use to write songs. This is because that is played through an amplifier. Most amplifiers have many buttons to adjust to get the sound you want. Generally, you can adjust the bass level, treble, middle and win. Some amplifiers have other effects of use, such as reverb and chorus. Reverb is a form of very short delay and can be used to add depth to the sound. The chorus effect is strange, but the sound thickens the amplifier produces. A few amplifiers have been built out on the effects that can add delay, flanger and distortion. Even if your amp does not include these effects, you can buy the pedals that produce any of them and these = make it easier to write a single song. Another reason to use the effects is to write a song with a lesser effect because the effect will make the most of the work for you. Some people prefer not to use effects, but if you are trying to write songs with a guitar as a single instrument, it would be a good choice to have the overdrive and delay effects in hand.
Also helps to have proper recording equipment to set all the ideas you have. A 4 or 8-track cassette recorder would just do the trick. Or you can use a microphone computer to record your songs on your hard drive. If you plan to use more than one track of guitar in a song, be sure to record your rhythm tracks. Do this, and reproduction, record yourself playing on it just to get the idea for the solos. No matter if it sounds bad, just keep trying and then when you become more satisfied, let others hear and see if they like it or not. There is little point in the song writing if nobody likes it at all. The recording is not limited to recall his idea, but to see what it really sounds like without a guitar in hand.
Becoming a good songwriter is important in growth as a musician, because someone playing the songs of others does little to creativity.
