American Standard Stratocasters herald from the Fender factory in Corona located in California. Originally called American Standard, until about 2000, later underwent some changes and is marketed as American Series Stratocasters. This year of 2008 some changes were introduced and this particular stratocaster reverted to name the American Standard. This label identifies an offering regular standard Fender Start model.

Essentially, they're all the same, identical except for color selected. The American Standard will say Made In USA right to the front of the head. A typical value of the street to make this guitar as a ballpark figure would be of about a thousand new dollars. For the prices used to expect to pay in the region of $ 600 to $ 950, depending on factors such as age or condition, this would for the year of 1990 model year. The serial number of the series of American Standard Stratocasters are in the back of head.
